Communicators Club for Churches and Faith-Based Non-Profits
Hosted by Christen Kinard & Jaime Cowan
A monthly meetup for anyone doing the work of communications in a church or nonprofit setting.

You don't have to do this alone
The Church/Nonprofit Communicators Club is a free monthly gathering for anyone who handles communications—whether it's your whole job, part of your job, or just something you fell into. We know this work can be isolating, unclear, or even overwhelming. But we also know it doesn’t have to be.

That’s why we’re creating a space to share ideas, talk shop, and learn from one another in a welcoming, informal setting.
How it works
Who it's for
Anyone doing communication work for a church or nonprofit—regardless of size, budget, or job title
When we meet
First Wednesday of each month at 12:30 p.m. Eastern / 11:30 a.m. Central
Cost
Free
Format
A one-hour, informal conversation centered around a monthly theme. No script. No slides. Just real people sharing ideas, asking questions, and offering support.
Each month’s session will have a loose theme so we all come prepared to share—but it’s always open-ended and participatory. You might show an email that worked well, talk about a social post that got great engagement, or just listen in and take notes.

Hosted by Christen Kinard of Digital Congregations and Jaime Cowan of First Presbyterian Church in Georgetown, TX.
